ladies and gentlemen welcome to Season 20 2011-12

here's my seasonal rundown yet again!

this Season is eps 606-645 (40 episodes! holy crap! :o)

Metropolitan Police Detective Love Story PART NONE! as far as i can tell there are NO MPDLS titled episodes in this season :< damnit! my fave part of Conan entirely missing again!? for the fourth season in a row?! waugh! :< well TakaTo got their first smooch in S18 and ShiraYashi got together in S19 so we'll have to see how these two couples progress.

annnd! first off the bat is Kobayashi-sensei embroiled with Courtroom Confrontation 4! :> well isn't that special! :>

as i mentioned in episode 605 'Holmes' Revelation' 10 chapter manga arc is in this season! one of the most popular manga arcs and anime arcs as well. episodes 616-621... wherein we get one of the biggest events the fans have wanted since Conan started. ;) no spoilers here folks... just go watchem! i'll be there myself soon! :> i won't count this arc in any way because i'm placing its entry right here. :>

13 two parters, i can see. they are either labeled as part 1n2 or are titled the same/similar or with a separate sub-titling. whew, that's alot of two parters! :o episodes 626 and 627 brace yourselves folks, it's another Conan vs Kaito Kid arc!

5 one parters. i think. :> i guess with that Holmes arc and all the 2 and 3 parters the studio didn't need to make any single-story episodes.

1 three parter.

ZERO 1 or more hour long specials.

as to Christmas/New Years specials i see ZERO. looks like the show went on hiatus from December 18-January 8... so maybe the one on the 17th will be the Xmas one and Jan 7 will be the NY one... well in S19 they had a New Years joke moment in the opening intro to the 1st episode in January so... :> maybe we'll get another funny 'have a happy new year and please keep supporting us' message this time.

as of this episode 606 we are now... EXACTLY 149 episodes away from the first of Funi-Roll's OFFICAL SUBS!

he's a cop, and a straight arrow type. he doesn't want to even APPEAR like he's trying to breach her juror confidentiality or influence her in the case.

frankly, i wouldn't pick her for a juror if i was the prosecutor OR the defense attorney. she's just too involved amongst lawyers, criminal, and police matters. she will be biased. she was the key witness in a murder case. her fave author is Edogawa Ranpo one of Japan's most historically famous detective story writers. she's dating a cop. she's got one of the country's most popular kid detectives in her homeroom. she's got the rest of the DBC also. the boy in her class is LIVING with the defense attorney's husband and daughter! seriously, Kobayashi's a walking talking POSTER GIRL for juror bias!
